Helium Health is a full-service healthtech company that provides a suite of solutions for healthcare providers, payers, patients and partners in emerging markets — at the core of which is our SaaS based electronic medical records/hospital management information system (EMR/HMIS).
We are on a mission to accelerate Africa’s transition to a technology and data driven healthcare sector. We are continually increasing our product offerings in order to multiply the value we deliver to our customers and healthcare stakeholders at large (patients, providers, and payers).
We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for designing and implementing the marketing and brand management strategy for the organization.
Design and implement a marketing and communications framework and structure, this will include standards, policies, procedures and methodology. Ensure adherence to designed systems.
Develop and monitor marketing budget.
Marketing Strategy & Implementation
Develop marketing strategy and deploy successful marketing campaigns. Research and analyse market trends, demography, competitor products, and other relevant information to inform marketing strategies.
Conceptualize and execute marketing creatives. Oversee and approve marketing material, from internal and external content developers.
Partner with and manage agencies and vendors to supply materials supporting marketing concepts.
Work with the Growth Team to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
Track key marketing and sales data, generate insight reports based on same.
Oversee and build Helium’s brand, creating an enduring brand message that results in increased revenue, brand loyalty and improved market share.
Spearhead efforts to strengthen the Company’s brand identity, awareness, and consistency. Be the “brand champion.”
Oversee the development of high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy. Work with Growth Teams to develop sales tools, including presentations and sell sheets.
Develop and update brand identity standards and ensure consistent execution across the organization.
Implement brand-building tactics and recommend new ideas to increase Helium Health’s brand awareness that include print, online, video, tradeshows, and social networking opportunities in the category.
Ensure all advertisements are trafficked to the appropriate publications and online venues.
Manage the development of internal communication systems (intranet, newsletters, emails, corporate announcements).
Lead and motivate team performance and development; creating an environment in which team members are clear about their individual roles and responsibilities, and feel supported to deliver their best.
Mentor and coach reports to ensure performance in the team is sustained.
Minimum of 8 years’ cognate experience in Integrated Marketing Communication; B2B marketing in a SaaS based company is a plus
Vast experience and track record of running successful marketing campaigns
Ability to manage a team and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders in the advertising and public relations space
In depth knowledge of and experience in digital marketing and product marketing
Creative with a keen eye for artistic excellence
Excellent presentation skills with ability to present both qualitative and quantitative information in a clear, concise and persuasive manner to all levels of leadership
Solid planning skills, with ability to adapt to changes in priorities and procedures in a fast- paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and quality output.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, make sound observations, and implement solutions. Strong analytical skills and decisive decision-making skills; interested in “figuring out” solutions to problems or methodology for improved deliverables.
First degree in Creative Art, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
